Cancellation and Refund Policy

Effective Date: April 2026

Full Refund

Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service are eligible for a full refund. Refund requests will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

No Refund

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled service, or once the service has already commenced, are not eligible for a refund. This policy reflects the commitment of our local consultants who reserve their time for your session.

Third-Party Failures

No refunds will be issued for delays or disruptions caused by third-party entities, including but not limited to: third-party facility availability, partner venue scheduling changes, bank outages, transportation delays, or venue closures. LokBuddy acts as a coordination platform and is not responsible for third-party operational issues.

Digital Assets

Due to the instant delivery nature of our digital assets (guides, itineraries, and resource packs), the base digital package is non-refundable once access has been granted.

Rescheduling

On-the-ground sessions may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours' notice, subject to consultant availability. Rescheduling requests should be directed to support@lokbuddy.net.
