Your personal data is used exclusively to: facilitate session bookings and coordination between you and your assigned Buddy; provide linguistic support and logistical assistance during your visit; communicate service updates, confirmations, and follow-up information; and improve our platform experience.

Sensitive data (e.g., sensitive documentation provided for linguistic facilitation) will be deleted within 30 days of service completion. We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties except as required to deliver the services you have requested.

We retain your basic account information (name, email) for as long as your account remains active. Sensitive service-related data is deleted within 30 days after service completion. You may request full data deletion at any time.

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. You may also request a copy of all data we hold about you.
